Ben Orlove at UNESCO Roundtable September 24th
Ben Orlove, CRED co-director, will speak at a United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) roundtable titled “Building Indigenous Knowledge into Climate Change Assessments and Adaptation” on September 24th. The roundtable will feature in-depth exchanges among indigenous peoples, scientists, and UN agencies. The goal is to provide an overview of future needs and plans to ensure the appropriate integration of indigenous knowledge into climate change assessment and policy.
